A focus on internal consolidation between 2013 and 2015 strengthened its local presence, while strategic moves such as becoming a Microsoft CRM Dynamics partner in 2016 helped solidify its market position.
Expansion and Industry Diversification (2017–2020)
BRUSCH built a decade-long outsourcing relationship with a major German IT and Telecom provider, reinforcing its reputation. By 2018, the company expanded into key industries including banking, retail, and insurance. In 2020, it swiftly transitioned to remote work, ensuring safety and continuity for its clients.
